I am an independent consultant, specializing in object oriented design, analysis and 
mentoring. I have been working with object technology since 1992. I am well versed in the 
various languages (Smalltalk, C++, Self, Eiffel, CLOS, Java), technology (compilers, virtual 
machines, garbage collectors) and issues (optimization, distribution, persistence [via object 
stores or object-to-relational mappings]) in the current state of the art in object oriented 
software engineering. I incorporated Númenor Labs at the beginning of 1997 so that 
I could leverage my skills and experience as an Object Specialist at both the project and 
organization levels.
